UNUHR Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper for placement at a reputable law firm. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and Clio, with a strong understanding of legal accounting practices and attention to financial accuracy.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks and Clio
  • Prepare and reconcile client trust accounts and general ledgers
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and invoicing
  • Process payroll and maintain financial reports
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial procedures
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory accounting standards
